Shipping policy

Delivery of Digital Products
The products are offered exclusively as digital goods and are not physically shipped.

Delivery Time
After payment has been received, the order is provided within up to 5 business days, including the delivery of the access directory and the hardware code. Notification is sent by e-mail as soon as the license file has been created.

Rental Period
The rental period starts five business days after receipt of payment and provision of delivery. The start date is fixed, regardless of the installation date. Early installation provides additional usage days; delays shorten the usage period without extension.

Scope of Delivery
The scope of delivery includes the license file as well as the installation file. Service packs are made available on the KISSsoft homepage.

No Physical Shipping
As these are digital products, no shipping costs are incurred. Physical shipping does not take place.
